A : It seems like you caught a cold.

(감기 걸리신 거 같아요.)

B : Yeah, I got caught in the rain last night waiting for a taxi.

(맞아요. 어젯밤에 택시를 기다리느라 비를 맞았거든요.)

A : Didn’t you take an umbrella with you?

(우산이 없었어요?)

B : No. I left it behind in my office.

(네. 사무실에 두고 왔거든요.)

A : Be sure to take some medicine for the cold.

(감기약 꼭 드세요.)

B : I will. Thank you.

(그럴게요. 고마워요.)

→catch a cold 감기에 걸리다. take a cold ,get a cold도 쓸 수 있다.

→got caught in the rain 비를 맞다. Jane got caught in the rain on her way to school. (제인이 학교 가는 길에 비를 맞았다.)

→leave something behind ~을 ~에 두고 오다. I left my wallet behind this morning. (오늘 아침에 지갑을 깜빡했어요.)

→be sure to~ 꼭 ~ 하도록 해라. Be sure to let me know when the meeting is over. (회의가 끝나면 내게 꼭 알려주세요.)
